Refund Eligibility

At Verbnow Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are eligible for a return, you may choose to receive a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item(s) must meet the following criteria:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Unused and in their original condition.
• In their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

Damaged or Defective Items
