Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Verbnow Shop. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In their original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
3. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
